Headed to the happiest place on earth? We’re jealous, honestly. There’s no better place to experience pure, childlike magic than Disney (no matter your age!). But, if you’re going to Disney with your littles, then you’ll definitely want to do a bit of prep beforehand. Today, we’re getting into the dirty details of 8 accessories you’ll want to bring along to make your Disney-strolling experience as seamless as possible.
1. Rain cover
No matter the weather, nobody can rain on your (Disney) parade when you bring along a rain cover. Is it just us, or does it always seem to rain as soon as you have outdoor activities planned?! Well, even if the weather isn’t on your side, there’s no need to stress. Keep your littles dry and having fun. There’s no need to let some gray skies hold you back.
2. Stroller fan
It’s pretty miserable for everyone when your kiddo is hot with no way to cool down. Avoid any heat-related catastrophes by bringing along a stroller fan! Sometimes air flow can be challenging when you’re just a little person bundled up in a stroller, so by clipping a fan to your stroller, this particular crisis will be averted. And, even if your little isn’t overheated, you might be! Either way, your future self will thank you.
3. Snack tray
Picture this: going to see Mickey is absolutely urgent, but you’re a hangry little person, and there isn’t a second to lose. Snack tray to the rescue! Make the absolute best use of your time by bringing a snack tray along for an on-the-go solution to eating those snacks and getting on to the next exciting thing.
4. Parent organizer
Going anywhere with kids can be pretty hectic—we’re sure we don’t have to tell you twice. Add a bunch of sensory stimulation, people, and life-sized cartoon characters, and the potential for chaos increases even more. This is where the parent organizer comes in. Don’t work yourself into a tizzy by digging through black-hole bags or storage compartments. The parent organizer helps you keep small items—like keys, phones, and wallets—easily accessible.
5. Stroller carrying straps
It’s great to have your stroller at Disney, don’t get us wrong. After all, little legs get pretty tired. But, of course, your kiddos will be in and out of the stroller all day! There are times when you won’t want to be pushing it around, so your stroller carrying straps will be essential. Also certain monorails or transportation to and from the park may not allow you to keep your stroller open. Use the straps to easily transport stroller and keep things fun and hands free for as long as you’d like.
6. Stroller storage bags
We’re pretty sure that wishing you had more hands to get more done and carry more things is simply part of the human experience. We can’t tell you how to make that a reality, but we can recommend bringing some stroller storage bags along on your trip to Disney! No snack, diapers, lovey, change of clothes, or more extra snacks left behind.
7. Cup holder
We know, we know. We’re always talking about packing snacks for your kids. But you deserve some snacks too! We think that the snacks are one of the best parts about going to Disney, and yes, that does include all the tasty drinks too. Don’t ruin the moment of enjoying your favorite Disney drink by having to carry it around and push your stroller with one hand. No fun. Instead, make sure you bring along an extra cup holder! Yes, your Zoe stroller already includes one, but the more the merrier.
8. Canopy
Have you ever found yourself in this position? You say to your partner “I’m sure they’ll take a nap in the stroller,” but when it comes down to it, there is nothing to block the sun, and your kiddo can’t get any sleep. Lose lose. That’s why it’s great to have a Zoe canopy! Help your kiddo get some quality shuteye and (maybe!) even get a couple moments to enjoy for yourself.
