Yes, you will need The Journey Add-On Seat + Duo Extender Kit (includes Duo Extender Kit, Additional Seat, and Height Adapters) to stroll with two seats (infant-compatible).

For other configurations, you will need the Duo Extender Kit + your choice of Duo Bassinet or Car Seat Adapters.

"Wow wow wow we absolutely love and are obsessed with this stroller. I could talk for hours about how perfect it is. Here’s some of my favorite features for those looking at it! I love that it can turn into a double stroller but isn’t the massive size of some others we’ve tried are… we put another double we had side by size with it and the Journey is so much more practical for daily life. It’s easier to fold and put in the car, easier to switch out pieces, is so sturdy and durable yet wonderfully compact!!!! Fabric is stunning and feels so high quality. Love the pattern on the seat and how easily it all wipes down. Love the storage space at the bottom and how it zips close instead of just being open air! It holds soooo much and feels locked it. Love that the seat has a foot rest for our kiddos and the steering wheel that comes with it is PRECIOUS!!!!!! I know my kids are going to love that as they grow. So easy to assemble and easily attaches with so many car seats. We have the maxi cosi and it’s perfect."

"I was debating between the Journey and another popular in-line stroller. So glad I went with the Journey. Baby is 6 weeks old and we use the stroller daily, we easily switch between the car seat adapter and the bassinet, taking it in and out of our car with ease. Handles well on grass, gravel, and uneven sidewalks. Baby loves the bassinet and I love how much sun coverage it has. The zippered storage fits our diaper bag and carrier. Also really like the bag straps on the handle bar for grocery bags, etc."

"Super nice! Folds easily, brake is awesome and barefoot friendly. Bassinet comes off easily. Everything is simple and really well made. Baby has peed in there multiple times and it’s easy to clean lol. Love the zipper storage basket for security. Good suspension for crappy sidewalks. Haven’t tried beyond the bassinet but am looking forward to it!"

"We have two toddlers that are 11 months apart (they are currently 1 and 2 years old). This stroller is perfect for when we don't want to bring a double stroller and my older toddler wants to walk but might get too tired to walk the whole way. He loves standing on the ride on board - he thinks it's so much fun! The stroller itself is very sleek and functional. It's great for daily use but also handles rougher terrains really well."
