Mom Crush Mother’s Day Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older and are mothers. GIVEAWAY TIMEFRAME 

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM CT on 5/9/26 and ends at 12:00 PM CT on 5/12/26 (the “Giveaway Timeframe”).

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Zoe Baby Products LLC, located at 4710 Belle Oaks Dr, Suite 104, Charlotte, NC 28217 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of this giveaway. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters related to the giveaway. ELIGIBILITY 

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 or older at the time of entry and are mothers. Void where prohibited by law. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Zoe Baby Products LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies — and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members — are not eligible.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter, follow @zoestrollers on Instagram and complete the official entry form during the giveaway timeframe. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

PRIZE 

Ten (10) winners will each receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Nashville in August 2026, including round-trip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, shared group experiences, and activities coordinated by Sponsor. Travel details and itinerary will be confirmed with each winner after verification. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

PRIVACY 

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Giveaway administration and prize fulfillment. By providing your email address, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, including product updates, promotions, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

By entering this Giveaway, participants give permission for Sponsor to use the content generated in the form and at the event to share across Sponsor’s marketing and advertising channels.

WINNER SELECTION 

All entries will be reviewed and evaluated by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Selection criteria may include the entrant's engagement with Zoe, authentic connection to the brand and community, organic advocacy, and overall alignment with Zoe's values. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. If there are no delays or technical difficulties, potential winners will be selected between May 12–20, 2026, subject to eligibility verification and these Official Rules.

NOTICE TO WINNERS 

Potential winners will be notified via email at the address provided at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered notifications resulting from spam filters, incorrect or outdated contact information, or other technical issues beyond Sponsor's control. If a potential winner fails to respond within three (3) business days of the notification date, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify such entrant and select an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

VERIFICATION OF WINNERS 

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

RELEASE 

By entering and accepting a prize, participants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Zoe Baby Products LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring at any point during the giveaway or related travel.

GENERAL RULES 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control affects its integrity. Any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules may be disqualified.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures or malfunctions, lost, late, or misdirected entries, human or technical error in Giveaway administration, or any injury or damage arising from participation or prize use. 

DISPUTES 

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
