Easy to replace and work great
"We've been proud owners of the twin+ for several years. We've used this as our main stroller since we got it (much lighter than another double stroller we purchased) and we've taken many trips to Disneyland without any problems. Unfortunately on our last visit to Disneyland (July 2023) somehow the double wheel was bent (most likely from getting caught on a door when we were leaving our hotel) and it caused the stroller to "pull" and it felt like the brakes were on the wheel. I reached out to Zoe support (while in the park) and they were able to ship us a replacement to the location we were staying on vacation. We paid for expedited shipping and received the replacement wheels the following day. I'm very happy with the replacements (seem just like the original ones) and we have also purchased the all terrain ones as well. The wheels were very easy to replace and roll very smoothly. Our littles were very happy having their smooth ride back."

- I have a new luxe tour+, the front wheels get caught up on even the smallest sidewalk bumps when walking the neighborhood & jolt my toddler forward. I’m wondering if putting the twin wheels on would help. Do the twin wheels fit the luxe tour+?

- Do these wheels provide more traction for when going over bumps or through sand or gravel surfaces?
- Yes! They offer much easier handling over bumps/rough roads, however none of our wheels are suited for difficult surfaces (sand, gravel, etc).
