Terra Car Seat Adapter Update

Hi! I'm Hannah, Director of Customer Experience at Zoe. Unfortunately, we are still facing supply chain delays with the car seat adapter for The Terra that you purchased. As a mom with a little one, I know this is incredibly frustrating for many of you. I want you to know that our whole team at Zoe is frustrated too, and we’re doing everything we can to get your adapter to you ASAP. To make things right on our end, we’re now going to send you this car seat adapter at no cost - that means we’ll be refunding you for this purchase over the next week. You’re still at the front of the line to receive one, and we’ll be shipping it to you at no cost as soon as we have it in stock. I’d love to give you a new, reliable date for when you’ll be receiving the adapter, but at this point, we don’t have confidence in the estimates we’re receiving from our shipping partners.
